Delivery
For goods weighing less than 100 kgs, delivery is usually within 3-5 working days and is to the front door/reception on the ground floor only.
For goods weighing 100 kgs or more the standard delivery time is approximately 10 working days from receipt of order.
Prices include delivery to the ground floor only with no more than one step into the building or along the delivery route.
Deliveries to other locations require completion of our delivery forms to enable us to assess if any additional costs will be incurred.
Exceptions to standard delivery are Central London Addresses.
Addresses on Red Routes ALWAYS require completion of delivery forms and may require out of hours deliveries.
